Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility in managing your bookings at our coworking space. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be clear and fair to all users.

1. Cancellations

  • Full Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund. We encourage you to cancel in advance to ensure a smooth refund process.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking time will receive an 80% refund of the total booking amount.
    • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the booking time will be eligible for a 50% refund. Please note that no refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 1 hour before the booking time.

2. Refund Process

Once a cancellation request is received, we will process the refund within 7 days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider's policies. If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to officially post.
  • To communicate with you, including responding to your comments, questions, and requests.
  • Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before the refund appears.
  • If you’ve completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@bisci.io

3. Important Notes

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 1 hour before your scheduled booking, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any refund.
  • Multiple Cancellations: If a user frequently cancels their bookings, we reserve the right to adjust the refund eligibility for future bookings.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items or services are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Membership Fees: Any fees associated with memberships, including monthly or annual plans, are non-refundable once charged.

5. Refund Status

We will notify you via email once we have processed your refund. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us for support.
