This website is operated by BiSCI (a “Binary Space for Creative Incubation"), a subsidiary venture of Alienleaf Studio LLP & Astha F&F. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us,” and “our” refer to BiSCI. BiSCI offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or booking coworking services with BiSCI, you engage in our services (the “Service”) and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced or linked herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site and our coworking space, including members, guests, vendors, and content contributors.

1. User Conduct

Maintain silence and respect the privacy of others.
Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
Users must keep their workspaces clean and tidy.
The use of illegal substances or activities within the premises is prohibited.
Users are responsible for their own belongings. BiSCI is not liable for any loss or damage.
Users must not play music/sound from any of their devices
The food & beverages is self-service

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings for premises or tables can be made through our app.
Payments are processed via Razorpay.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Walk-in Users must register & book in the front desk

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time.
Cancellations made within 12 hours will receive an 80% refund.
Cancellations made within 1 hour will receive a 50% refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request.

We strive to ensure that the information on our website and related services is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions.

BiSCI provides locker facilities; however, users must ensure their lockers are properly locked. BiSCI is not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings not properly secured.
Users without locker facilities are responsible for their own belongings.
BiSCI is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the use of our facilities.
Any Damage to the WorkSpace & Machineries by the User will be held responsible & Fined

We comply with the Cyber Cafe Laws of India regarding the storage of user details and data retention. Additionally, we have established our own privacy policy to further protect your information and explain how we use it, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination of Service

BiSCI reserves the right to terminate a user's access to our workspace or services for any breach of these terms and conditions, disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or any other actions deemed inappropriate by management.
In the event of termination, users will be notified via the contact information provided during the booking process.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shillong.
